Discovery
Client submits a detailed request via our digital Booking Wizard, specifying event type, equipment needs, and preferences.
Consultation
Our technical team reviews the venue, power requirements, and audience size to finalize a custom quote.
Planning
Upon confirmation, the event is logged into the Command Center. A Lead Engineer and Tech Lead are assigned.
Logistics
A project-specific Technical Rider is generated and equipment is reserved and prepped in our central inventory.
Execution
Our site technicians handle delivery, professional setup, live event support, and complete teardown.
